All You Need To Know
What is your policy on rain?

Rain Policy: During periods of severe weather conditions (I.E. rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit, there will be no refunds.

If weather is predicted to be bad and you wish to reschedule, we will gladly work with you to select another date within 60 days. If our availability prevents us from being able to confirm another date, we will gladly refund you your booking deposit
What type of payments do you accept?
We prefer our payments go through our secure online payment platform. Once you're ready to book - we will send you a contract and invoice to review and sign electronically. The $50 retainer is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at delivery on the day of your event.

How do I book?
Use the "Contact Us" form and provide details regarding your event. We will reach out with you to continue the booking process.

Note: All of our rentals require a $50 retainer to secure your date. This amount is applied to the total cost of your rental. Remaining rental balance is due at drop off by one of the payment methods listed above.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
All of our rental prices include delivery, set-up and tear-down within 20 miles of Zip Code 76005.

20+ Miles = $1/mile based on total distance to event from our location.
50+ Miles = $2/mile based on total distance to event from our location.
Do you charge for damage to the rental units?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Seams may develop tears in heavy traffic areas over time. If this happens, we ask that you notify us right away so that we can remedy the situation. You are responsible for any damages due to negligence or not following our safety rules. The fee would be the total cost of repairs up to the replacement cost of the unit which can be over a thousand dollars. We prevent this by thoroughly reviewing safety information and rules and having you initial by each one so that you understand.
